Shipping Policy
Each item is made to order and normally takes about 2-7 business days to create. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
95% of our orders are shipped within 5-8 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
You will receive an email once your order is confirmed, and another once your order ships with a tracking number. We appreciate your patience during these strange times.
Custom Fees Notice
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
Return Policy
1. All Sales Are Final:
We have a strict "all sales are final" policy. This means that once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective (see point 3).
2. Size Exchanges:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer size exchanges for any products. It is important to carefully review the sizing information provided on our website before placing an order to ensure that you select the correct size. If you have any doubts about sizing or need assistance, please reach out to us before making a purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Products:
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us (returns@supanoba.com) within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will require clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect to initiate the return process. Once the issue is verified, we will provide instructions on returning the item and, if eligible, offer a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions:
Our "all sales are final" policy applies to all products unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page. Some items, such as perishable goods, personal hygiene products, or customized items, may be exempt from return eligibility due to their nature. Please refer to the product descriptions for any additional information or exceptions.
4. Return Shipping:
If your return is approved for a damaged or defective item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup, depending on the item's size and your location.
5. Refunds:
In the case of a refund for a damaged or defective item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 after receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
